an Ehrlich is the Director of the International Technical Engineering team. Jan has been working for Exterro (AccessData) for the past 7 years. He has a vast experience from different software vendors for over 15 years in various roles from Technical Support, Product Specialist, Technical Support Manager and Technical Presales Engineer. At Exterro he is responsible for overseeing the Technical Engineers for the International market with their Pre- and Postsales engagements like demos, POCs/POVs, Implementations and Technical Escalations.
